Heirloom Knife

Let me create a bespoke knife that you and your family will cherish and pass down for generations. This custom knife, known as the Heirloom Knife, is crafted from meaningful materials you provide, whether it’s the steel, the handle material, or both. It is forged with history, meaning, and sentiment that truly sets it apart from any other handcrafted knives. 

Perhaps your Heirloom Knife will honor your military or civil service, or that of a loved one. It might pay tribute to a beloved relative, a fallen hero, or a significant event in your life. This blade will encapsulate that story, serving as a permanent artifact of its importance.

It starts with a consultation on appropriate material selection, knife design, and a discussion of the history your bespoke knife will capture. Once we have a plan, I get to work, beginning with drawings you approve. From there, I document the entire forging process of your custom knife with photos and short videos that you'll receive to keep you connected and informed on the progress. Pricing for my handcrafted knives typically ranges from about $300 - $400, depending on the size, style, and materials selected. For a deeper connection and personal experience, you can participate in the forging of the knife through my Heirloom Knife Class for a small additional fee.
